Hiking has a beneficial effect on body and mind and is a holistic training for the body which is suitable for all age groups. Nordic Walking is an activity that can be undertaken by people of all ages and walks of life, in a variety of territories and in all weather conditions. Take this chance to discover a truly unique sport!

One of the advantages of Nordic Walking is that it generates healthy, natural movement. Thanks to the use of hiking poles, the upper body is trained as well as the back and legs.

Most of the hiking trails in San Vigilio/St. Vigil are ideally suited to this activity. Our certified health coach Karin offers Nordic Walking lessons for beginners on a regular basis. You should definitely try this activity during your winter vacations in South Tyrol.
