Visitor’s tax

Starting with January 1st, 2014, the province of Bolzano will request the payment of a visitor’s tax of 1.30 euro per person per day (except for children under the age of 14).

You can pay in cash (to € 999,00), by bank card, Visa or Mastercard.

Rooms are available from approx. 2 pm on arrival day. Please do let us know if your estimated arrival time is later than 7 pm. Guests are asked to vacate rooms by 10 am on departure day.

Your booking becomes mandatory once the deposit has been paid. Please have a look at your booking confirmation for more details about payment.
The full rate will apply in case of premature departure or delayed arrival. In case of cancellations, the deposit cannot be refunded.
