Our gourmet cuisine captures heart and mind
Dining in our excellent restaurant is a gourmet’s delight. We use fresh ingredients only to create flavourful regional and Mediterranean dishes.
In the morning we please our guests with an elaborate buffet breakfast. In the afternoon we seduce our visitors with home-made cakes and pastries and in the evening we spoil them with exclusive menus with lots of appetizers and rich salad buffets. And finally we surprise them with an unforgettable gala dinner or with a romantic Ladin supper.
In our wine cellar we have a collection of meticulously chosen wines to satisfy all tastes and occasions. We are happy to recommend the wine we think you will enjoy most.
The restaurant of our Hotel Corona with its Ladin sitting rooms is open to hotel guests also at noon. We also offer special diets, including vegetarian, celiac and baby menus.
